Spend 45 minutes on focusing on building a better you.

No artificial Tuesday! NO soda, no candy!
Only eat what comes from nature (fruits and veggies!)

All the machines and equipment and we may
even feel self-conscience.
Go to the gym at an odd hour of the day!
The gym will be empty and the staff will be readily
available to assist you with questions.
