1. What is your health goal?
To be fit and healthy, through exercising and eating healthy, To ultimatley make it a life style and not a choice.
2. Why did you choose this goal?
I have a family history of diabetes, and I don't want to become a statistic.
3. What have you been doing to help you achieve your goal?
I have changed my eating pattern, choices, and incorporated exercising in my routines.
4. What have been your greatest successes related to reaching your goal?
Losing 30 pounds!!!
5. What has been your greatest challenge related to reaching your goal?
Staying focused and on goal, through holidays and parties..
6. What recommendations do you have for others with this goal?
I recommend that people find a successful program that is right for them. And to start with a partner to stay focused and encourage each other.
